Tim Pongraz
Founder
Hi, I’m Tim. I’ve been detailing a wide range of motor vehicles for many years, some would call it a passion of mine. I started Focus on Detailing in 2016, in Mildura, Victoria, and now have added my retail brand AUTORAZ - Check it out (Link to store). In the many years I have been detailing, I have picked up a wide range of skills, even branching out to help others who are passionate about detailing through my YouTube channel.
With the help of my wife, we added the retail brand AUTORAZ; a product line to compliment the detailing I do. We’ve spent a lot of time researching the appropriate chemicals to meet our customers needs.
Why stop there for things that I’m passionate about? Every car I’ve owned, I’ve given it the utmost care for it to look the best that it can. I have an interest with all things vintage motocross, even having my very own classic Husqvarna xc 250 dating back to 1983. Filming & photography has been something I’ve occupied my free time with for many years. Wherever there’s an event I’m heading to, my camera will likely be with me. This also opened up the world of YouTube to me. Creating a multiple range of videos from reviews, how-to’s & cinematic music videos.
In 2023 Gyeon reached out to me to join the team of certified detailers and now i am using my skills to specialise in paint corrections and ceramic coatings.
Where would I be without family and friends? Many contributed to helping me bring my business up from nothing and have been supporting me ever since!

I'm a recent addition to the team, bringing with me a high level of customer service competency and managerial skills.
Having owned a small business myself I've joined Focus On Detailing/AUTORAZ with great pleasure, looking forward to what I can add to this new business.
I have a passion for all things animals, one could say home is quite the farm.
If I'm not at home with the family enjoying their company I'll be out 4wding! Using my decked out Foton Tunland for it's intended purposes. Cruising through the bush, obstacles and checking out most if not all rodeos I can manage to make time for! I'm a country girl through and through and not afraid to get down and dirty, working hard for what I have!
I know my way around the engine of a car. Having studied mechanics at Toyota. I like to be well informed with the job at hand and previous experience and education such as this helps me with the work we get in.
I aspire to make this business with Tim a well renowned and highly respected asset to the car cleaning community!
Belle Pongraz

Everyone who has had their vehicle detailed by Focus on Detailing would have met our Chief Mascot - Belle. She has been playing a vital role with our promotion since the beginning, and is always happy to greet our customers.
You will often see Belle in our photo shoots, videos and advertising of Focus on Detailing and AUTORAZ.
She has been a member for a few years now and never shies away from getting dressed up for a promo

Tucker is an addition to Focus on Detailing you certainly cannot miss out on.
He enjoys laying in the shed and watching all the amazing cars he get to see and of cours e the best part of all is seeing all the customers

Mack is the newest addition to the detailing clan.
Whilst he is still learning he hopes he can be just like his big brother Tucker and
help keep an eye on customers vehicles whilst in the shed.
